Food Chart: Health tips

This Chart is pretty self explanatory. Follow this chart when planning your meals. This way you will know what digests better with which food combination. For those of you who love your proteins with carbohydrates and you are over weight, this might be a great solution to melt away those extra pounds faster than you thought was possible.

Please note, eat fruit on an empty stomach. Fruit do not digest properly while with other foods in your digestive track. This will promote weight loss, more energy and a major role in detoxification.

Fruit digests faster than carbohydrates and goes straight through your stomach to your intestines. So if it’s blocked with a complex carbohydrate, your whole meal will turn acidic.
