Even though epsom salts have been around in China since 2700 years BCE, you may be surprised how many people have never heard of epsom salts before. Even if you are one of the people who have heard about Epsom salts you may not be aware of the benefits or how it chemically reacts in your body.

Personally, I make sure to take at least 3 Epsom salt baths a week. After a long day, I love to come home to a hot bath and relax which is a stress reliever on it’s own. Yet, when you add Epsom salts to your bath, the benefits are endless.

Here is something to think about, the second most abundant component of our body is magnesium sulfate.
