No definition is required! We all know what it is and it’s one word that everyone dreads! I have never heard someone say “I’m so lucky! I have acne!” or “Hello pimple, stay as long as you want!” It’s more like ” AHHHHHHHH!!!!” or “Maybe I should call you Fred since it seems you’re introducing your self first.”
I was covered in acne as a teen. I tried everything and nothing helped until I got on birth control. Since I now don’t take any prescribed medications my acne decided to show up once again for a visit.
What could I use that is organic, all natural and make my face acne free that’s sold as a face product? I couldn’t find anything 100% organic or sold in any stores.
It was research time. I ran into a beautiful fellow organic lover such as myself *clear throat* and she overheard my discussion about pimples. Enthusiastically she said “Sunflower oil!”
Oil? On my face? Like, oil, oil? YES! Let’s do it! I purchased the organic sunflower oil from members only organic raw store. Went home and applied it immediately!
No joke… it’s working! 5 days and my face are almost acne free!

Application
Only use raw cold pressed organic sunflower oil. Let me write that down one more time:
RAW COLD PRESSED ORGANIC SUNFLOWER OIL
I shake the bottle and apply the oil on my face with a cotton swab. Then I go to bed.
Walllllla! That’s it! Done and done!
In conclusion, I used my self as a test dummy for the good of my blog and sunflower oil really works! Sorry to say, it’s really hard to find sunflower oil that is raw, cold pressed and organic.
