Today's tip of the day is about anticipation!
How do you feel when you anticipate something? Excited? Happy? Thrilled? All those feelings are amazing to have. What if you felt anticipation every day? Do you think you might feel a little more happiness in your life?
Example: If you celebrate Christmas, you know you're about to get presents tomorrow morning. You don't know what presents you'll get, But you know it's something you may not have anticipated receiving before or maybe it is!
All day you'll be excited to receive presents and to be with your loved ones. Not thinking about the "how" you will get presents, you just know without a doubt that you will be getting one, or two, or three!!!
That's exactly like life! If you walk around with a big smile on your face knowing that tomorrow is Christmas and you will get a present, you will attract more gifts in your life than you know what to do with!
Plus a huge bonus, you will be happy!
I receive gifts everyday! If it's from a friend treating me to lunch, random phone call from someone I haven't talked to for a while, a free random chi tea latte and even a surprise birthday party! All those things I consider to be a gift! Anything that puts a smile on your face is a gift.
Anticipate positive things coming into your life and see how happy you will become. If you see me walking down the street with a huge smile on my face, just know I am anticipating for tomorrow but living in today.
