But, to continue on my Glutamine run,
Since over 61% of your skeletal muscle is Glutamine, I believe this is an important topic to cover.
Bodybuilders take any where from 10-15 grams of Glutamine daily, only 5 grams per shake.
The most important time to take Glutamine is with your pre and post workout shakes.
Take 5 grams before your workout out and 5 grams immediately after.
You can also take Glutamine in the morning and directly before you go to bed.
On a rest day, feel free to not take your Glutamine, unless you are sore from your previous workout the day before. Then you should take another 5 grams to help your muscles recover.
If you take too much Glutamine, you may feel nosiated or get a upset stomach. So please follow the recommended doses.
Even if you do follow the recommended doses and still feel like you have an upset stomach just lower the amount of grams you take until you find what works for you. Try to start with 2 grams and build up to 5 over time. xxx <3 A&L
