My tip of the day comes from a question that people ALWAYS ask me: “What’s so fun about living a healthy lifestyle? Doesn’t living this way restrict you from really enjoying everything in life?”

I live this way because I don’t want to live a life of sickness, headaches, doctors, needles and being bed bound for a week because my body caught a cold.

Yes, I do let my hair down often, but I make sure to balance my life with vibrant and alive foods so I can continue to have fun.

Yes, I have restrictions to what I want to eat, but why do I want to eat something that I’m not enjoying in the first place? I rather eat what my body wants rather than getting 5 minutes of false self-gratification and have 30 minutes or more of bad gas, stomach aches and regret!

This might be a little late to say after Thanksgiving, but Indulge, don’t overindulge. Your body will love you for it! xxx <3 A&L
