Life is not meant to be a constant battle with sickness, sadness, and depression. To truly live, we must seek out health and happiness as our primary focus. It’s not an easy path, but it is a worthwhile one. Allow me to show you that a life of joy and vitality is within your reach.

Book Recommendations:

People spend hours at the gym to get ready for a summer pool and beach party. But what’s a body without the brain? Give your brain the work out it needs and grab a book!

If you feel you have learned everything you need to know in school, think again. I believe the government dumb down public schools for a reason.  Schools teach you to prepare for the work force. Schools DO NOT prepare you to run your own business or how to make your money work for you.

People say “Well that’s what your parents should teach you.” Chances are, if your parents don’t run their own company, they wont teach you how to run your own.

Why would the government want to teach you or your children how to start your own company? There would be too much competition.

Wealthy people read! Every one of my wealthy clients and billionaire friend read. Some of the books I have found to be in the “must read” section are:

    • Think and Grow Rich, By Napoleon Hill
    • How to Win Friends and Influence People, By Dale Carnegie
    • Ask and it is Given, By Jerry& Ester hicks. Part 1 & 2 (anything by them is amazing)
    • The Secret, By Rhonda Byrne
    • See You at the Top, By Zig Ziglar
    • Rich Dad Poor Dad, By Robert Kiyosaki
    • The Magic of Thinking Big, By David Schwartz
    • The Juicing Guide to Juicing for Health, By Cherie Calbom
    • Natural Cures “They” Don’t Want You to Know About, By Kevin Trudeau
    • Slaughter House, By Gail A. Eisnitz
    • Psycho Cybernetics, By Maxwell Maltz
    • The Success Principles, By Jack Canfield
    • The Law of Success in 16 Lessons, By Napoleon Hill
    • The E Myth Revisited By Michael E. Gerber
    • Never Eat Alone By Keith Ferrazzi
    • Who’s Got Your Back By Keith Farrazzi
    • The Four Hour Body By Timothy Ferriss
    • The Four Hour Work Week By Timothy Ferriss

If you don’t like to read then purchase the audio CD’s. Listen to them while you drive, work out, walk the dog, take a shower, great ready to start your day. Even if you love to read I recommend buying the audio tapes as well.

Every time you finish one of these books you are a different person. Read the books or listen to the audio CD’s over and over again. You will pick up new information every time you do this. It’s like you are reading a different book. Where is your learning index? What would you be willing to give up to strengthen your mind? Never stop learning. Never stop growing. Lets learn together. xxx <3 A&L
