Dangers in drinking coconut water. Health Tips

Before I go over all the dangers I want to make everyone aware what they are drinking when they open a bottled container of coconut water.

You are drinking empty calories and dead enzymes. All products that come in a bottle have to be pasteurized by the FDA standards before being sold. The coconut companies say that their product is only flash pasteurized for a shorter amount of time. It’s still pasteurized and it will never be as beneficial as drinking it straight from the true source!

Just do your self a favor and buy a real coconut for the real product! Don’t waste your money on a dead product it’s worth a dollar more, plus you get the meat inside!

Also, don’t think it’s alright to substitute coconut water for regular water.

If you drink coconut water every day on a regular basis it may cause you to:

  • Develop a allergy
  • Experience weight gain
  • Excessive urination
  • May trigger blood sugar issues

I think it’s wise to keep some coconut handy after a hard work out instead of grabbing a Gatorade or any other artificial flavored beverage with preservatives and synthetic food coloring.

Be wise to what you put in your body. Coconut water has many benefits but nothing is better than replenishing with water.
