Fish oil [omega 3], Gotu kola [sometimes referred to as Indian Pennywort], oridanry garden sage [Salvia officinalis], Rosemary, Lemon balm [Melissa officinalis], Ginkgo biloba, Rhodiola rosacea [known also as arctic root....and it is an adaptogen] and the various Ginsengs [these are also adaptogens]. The adaptogens help combat stress in addition to potentially boosting memory and providing an energy boost. You don't need to take all those. You should take fish oil for general health and well-being any way and if you are vegetarian or vegan there are other options such as flaxseed oil or capsules of the herb purslane. Other than fish oil you can add rosemary, sage and basil to your cooking and that will hopefully benefit you ..these herbs are also antioxidant rich. And Lemon balm can be taken as a tea and is refreshing and also helps with anxiety and might promote restful sleep in addition to being a memory herb. Gotu kola is great for the skin too if you wanted to supplement with that for memory.
