What’s in your refrigerator? Weight Loss

I have no doubt that everyone has heard this saying before; You are what you eat. But it seems like you don’t believe it.

Take a look in your refrigerator. Do you like what you see?

If you answer no, then you most likely don’t like the way you feel and you probably have health problems, get sick often and are over weight.

If you switch out the junk food for the healthy live foods now, then you will stop desiring the crap food you currently put in your body. The one promise I can make to you is, I enjoy everything I eat! Eating is my favorite pastime and my body loves me for it! Does yours?

Look through your refrigerator and read the labels on any container. If you can’t pronounce the ingredients or you don’t know what that word is without googling it, then throw it away. Your body will thank you for it.
