Many are worried about the economic crisis and have been more conservative to save money, be very selective of what to purchase and sometimes compromise on what to bring into their homes regarding food purchases. With this tip you may be able to save your money, yet still eat like a king!

It’s time you take control of your refrigerator and start saving $100 by this simple tip.

Ask your self this question. How much food usually goes bad in your refrigerator? If you waste food that usually means you probably are guilty of poor planning.

Imagine how much money you can save from just planning out your meals weekly or even monthly? You will not only help with food wastage, help with food prices being lowered (supply and demand) but will less frequently binge eat.

The best advise I can give it so have a grocery list. It’s very important to be specific. By being specific I mean:

  • 7 bananas,
  • 4 apples,
  • 3 ripe tomatoes,
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 pounds of organic chicken etc…

Also a huge no no is to never go to the grocery store hungry.

This prevents people from buying random junk food and keeps you focused on what your body really needs.

Shopping and meal planning can be fun! Sit with your family, spouse, friend, roommate and plan out your menu. Ask them what they want to eat.

You can even give your kids there own day! They will love you for it and will clean up their plates like never before.

Be sure to look up the recipes so you won’t miss any ingredient for your dish. Planning will moderate what you eat and make sure you are getting your necessary nutritional needs for the day.

It’s right in front of you, so you don’t have any excuses. No more “There’s nothing to eat!” or wasting food. Follow these steps and let me know how they worked for you.
