Life is not meant to be a constant battle with sickness, sadness, and depression. To truly live, we must seek out health and happiness as our primary focus. It’s not an easy path, but it is a worthwhile one. Allow me to show you that a life of joy and vitality is within your reach.

Good bye Loveland Colorado! Back home to Los Angeles. Travel Log

It’s 7am and I feel light headed and strangely kind of sad. The Cabo San Lucas and Loveland trip has come to an end but that’s not what I feel sad about. I’m actually happy to be going home today.

Do you ever go into a random cry? If so take that as a positive thing. When people cry it lets out negative emotions and helps cleanses the negative feeling out. Many people hold their emotions inside and it begins to become apart of them. For me, I’m a cryer. I wear my heart on my sleeve and it’s hard for me to hold in my emotions.

I just need to focus now on what I’m grateful for.

Danny’s sweet enough to get me at my Mom’s and drive me to my massage appointment. He has high praises towards this massage therapist and couldn’t stop talking about him last night. My expectations are pretty high.

Arriving at the massage office by 750am I was ready for him to give me a beating.

Massge table

It was an hour and a half massage. During the massage I kept asking him to go deeper and deeper and deeper. I have to assume he didn’t’ have enough strength to work on me because I still felt like I needed a massage after we were done. Huge bummer.

Lesson one for the day; Never assume anything. Which I already know. Even though someone may be a good fit for one person doesn’t make them a good fit for everyone else.

Just like in relationships.

Danny saw that I wanted to cry after the massage. Yes, I was that disappointed and on top of that, waking up sad didn’t help either. It’s not very often I get sad, but if I never did get sad then I would never want change, grow and that would mean I would never progress.

I’m really ready for this cleanse tomorrow! Tomorrow I start on a 28 day cleanse. My friend has done this cleanse for the last 20 years and swears by it. It’s time for me to get back on track, wipe out old memory detoxes and get my body 10 years younger.

My Mom and Stepfather drove me back to Denver airport.

Mom's and Daughters

My Mom, 60 years old, no makeup (sorry mom you are still so beautiful!), spiritual healer and absolutely beautiful inside and out. It’s never easy to say goodbye to her.

Once again I’m on the plane, I sit down in my seat and pass out. I wake up right when we land. I probably would have slept through the landing but it was a rough one.

I get my luggage, hail a cab and go directly to a real estate convention.

The Norris Group

To get more information on who I went to see speak: The Norris Group

My friend Marcus and I have been following Bruce for years. A very wise man in the real estate field.

It felt so good to be home! First stop was Marcus’ house. He loaded me up with some of the Arise and Shine cleanse products, since I can’t pick mine up till 9am tomorrow morning and the cleanse starts at 630am.

I’m feeling much better from this morning. Being home and knowing that I get to cleanse for the next 28 days is just what I needed!

Next week I’ll discuss exactly what the Arise and Shine cleanse is and why I’m doing it.
