Sunscreen poisonous? Skin and Beauty

Sun-gun

I have mixed opinions about sunscreen. First, it prevents our skin from sunburns. Second, in my opinion, it’s one of the most toxic poisons you can put on your skin.

We have all been told to put on sunscreen on to protect our skin from sun damage and skin cancer. What if I told you that sunscreen might increase the risk of skin cancer?

Sunscreen Article

  • There is no proof that sunscreen prevents skin cancer.
  • Researchers detect an increased risk of melanoma among sunscreen users.
  • Any sunscreen labeled above SPF 50 is “inherently misleading” stated by the FDA.
  • The ingredient vitamin A may speed the development of skin tumors and lesions. Vitamin A is added to 41% of all sunscreens.
  • The EWG states. as of now, mineral sunscreen is the safest choice made available on the market.
  • Europe has better sunscreen because of the chemical selection they can put in their products.
  • The FDA has stalled the consumer protection regulations on sunscreen for the 33rd consecutive summer.

Here is a link to the EWG LINK This will allow you to search a sunscreen database to pick from; non-mineral sunscreens, no oxybenzone, no vitamin A and no spray or powders.

Children

Never apply sunscreen to children with Oxybenzone as one of the ingredients. Article

Oxybenzone increases production of free radicals. Also, has been found to attack your DNA Studies say a property in oxybenzone might be a contributor to increase melanoma on your skin! Did you hear what I just said?

SUNSCREEN MAY BE THE CAUSE OF MELANOMA! THAT’S SKIN CANCER!

Are you asking why hasn’t anyone done anything about this? Read the bullets again under sunscreen. One of the bullets clearly states that the FDA has stalled the consumer protection regulations on sunscreen for the 33rd consecutive summer. In my opinion, I smell lobbyists and money. But I’ll keep my opinion to myself.

Solution

All you need is not more than one hour in the sun to get the full benefits of vitamin D that your body needs. If you know you’re going to be in the sun for a longer period of time, bring a long sleeve shirt, hat, big umbrella and sunglasses. Ladies, there are huge stylish hats that look really sexy that can give you great coverage over your shoulders, chest, and face!

I believe sunscreen should have stayed away from, but If you feel you need it and think this is the only way you will stay young looking, then find a sunscreen from the website I cited above. The toxic chemicals will still absorb into your body, but won’t be as toxic than the choice you are currently using.
